Peter Cat Recording Co. is one of those bands that’s so hard to describe because of its artistic complexity that it deserves a closer look. Formed in New Delhi, the band navigates between gypsy jazz and psychedelic rock, borrowing elements from any other style that might pique their curiosity. The whole thing is led by Suryakant Sawhney’s charismatic voice, a nonchalant crooner’s voice that reveals an immense range of emotions.
