Bertrand Belin has a gift for distilling phrases with precision and finesse, one after the other, giving each one an uncommon importance. He uses this gift with his intense, deep voice, telling stories with and beyond words. It’s all wrapped up in polished instrumentals somewhere between folk and rock. The result is spellbinding.
It’s a pleasure to welcome back Sainte-Aube, this time as a duo, but on the main stage. Having taken part in the previous Proxima, the band has been making its way ever since with some fine concerts.
